Stains which cannot be
removed by the ordinary spotting process may be removed by using our
special spotting treatment.
The special treatment will be carried out by a professionally qualified
specialist. As this process takes longer than ordinary treatment
and more concentrated detergents are used, an extra charge will be made
to cover the additional costs involved.
The actual charge cannot be confirmed until the item concerned has been
inspected by our specialist. We will then notify you of the charge
and proceed once we have your agreement to the extra charge. We
are able to provide you with more professional service to meet with the
customer's individual requirement. |
